With over 20 years of real estate experience, Dominick Musilli specializes in retail real estate representation for both retailers and landlords and has represented such notable retailers as The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company, Gap, Walgreens, Chick-fil-A, Inc., Leslie’s Pool, Pier 1 Imports, and UFC Gym, as well as many other well known retailers and landlords.

Prior to starting TRUE, Dominick was executive vice president and principal of RHYS Commercial where he represented numerous tenants with their requirements and landlord with their leasing.

Prior to RHYS, Dominick was managing director of First Service Williams and GVA Williams.Dominick’s experience also includes working for The Stop & Shop Supermarket Company as real estate manager where he negotiated real estate transactions on behalf of the retailer.

He was also a regional real estate representative for McDonalds. Dominick earned his MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Richard Schnider

Richard Schnider is a retail tenant leasing representative at TRUE Commercial Real Estate. He has spent a good part of his career working as a Market Maker/Risk Manager in derivative products on the major exchanges.

Most recently Richard comes to TRUE from Calcagni Commercial with valuable experience in acquisitions and dispositions, retail/landlord leasing representation, and sourcing of off-market product.

He is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Connecticut and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Richard holds a BA in Finance and Economics from the University of Denver.

With over 15 years of customer-driven sales and marketing experience in the creative agency field, Scott specializes in retail property marketing and leasing for TRUE.

In a career spent building and maintaining long term and personal client relationships, he has successfully developed strategies to differentiate and position large and emerging brands, including Miller Genuine Draft, Warren Miller, Boston University, Tennis Connecticut, Insports and others.

Scott’s landlord representation work for TRUE’s clients is supported by his experience in marketing properties using new media and aerial video. Prior to joining TRUE Commercial Real Estate, Scott founded Vidifly.com, a b2b aerial video production company that specializes in property marketing, and also consulted as Director/ Creative + Strategy for Imagemark llc, an award-winning branding agency.

Adam Zeiberg

Adam Zeiberg has over 20 years of retail real estate experience serving a variety of institutional and corporate clients. Working on behalf of numerous retailers and property owners Mr. Zeiberg has consummated hundreds of transactions throughout his career.

Currently, Mr. Zeiberg represents a variety of retail clients such as Genesco Brands (Johnston and Murphy/Journeys), Destination Maternity Corporation (A Pea in the Pod and Motherhood Maternity), as well as Letarte Swimwear, and ULTA Cosmetic.

In addition to his work on behalf of retailers, Mr. Zeiberg has performed numerous leasing assignments on behalf of landlords leasing properties on a local and regional basis.

Mr. Zeiberg was the Senior Managing Director of Retail for Colliers International, a global real estate services provider. He managed the brokerage efforts for Colliers based in the Stamford, CT office.

In addition to his in-house career working for retailers such as Mothers Work, Inc. (Destination Maternity) and Rave (currently BCBG Rave), he was the Leasing and Acquisitions Manager for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority where he assisted in the re-development and leasing of Grand Central Station, as well as the management of Penn Station in New York City.

Jeff Kaplan

Jeffrey Kaplan serves as Vice President of Investment Sales for TRUE Commercial, specializing in middle market building sales and acquisitions ranging from $2,000,000 to $10,000,000.

Mr. Kaplan has over 17 years of real estate experience including investment sales, commercial and residential leasing, land assemblage, development and property management.

Prior to join TRUE, Jeff was a Director at Seligson Properties, where he was actively involved with the development of Waypointe, the largest mixed-use project in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this role, he served as an owner’s representative for key commercial and multi-family property acquisitions and sales.

Mr. Kaplan is Board Secretary for Stepping Stones Museum for Children and has been a featured guest speaker regarding real estate development in lower Fairfield County.

Jeff graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology. He lives in Wilton, Connecticut with his wife and three children.

He comes to TRUE with significant experience in client relations, negotiations, and market analysis. Greg is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Connecticut and holds a BS from The Ohio State University.
