Greg Romano
Vice President, Investment Sales
Greg joined TRUE Commercial in 2018 after spending the previous thirteen years with two other boutique commercial brokerage firms in Lower Fairfield County. As part of TRUE’s Investment Sales team, he looks to expand upon his sales experience. While representing both buyers (investors and users) and sellers, Greg’s recent sales involved the following property types: apartment buildings, land for multifamily development, industrial/warehouse, retail, mixed-use, hotels, office and religious.
In addition to Investment Sales, Greg will continue to represent landlords and tenants with leasing. Recent leasing transactions he has brokered involved the following: warehouse/industrial, retail, restaurants, sports/recreational, office, medical office and gas stations.
Greg graduated from The University of Notre Dame with a degree in Finance. He lives in Stamford, CT, his hometown.
