With over 38 years of real estate experience, Joe specializes in retail leasing and development. Prior to joining TRUE, Joe was with New England Retail Properties out of Wethersfield where he worked on new development and brokerage. Prior to New England Retail, Joe worked with Developers Realty Corporation out of Berlin, Connecticut where he was Chief Operating Officer and was responsible for all management and leasing operations of their entire portfolio of 35 shopping centers. Joe was instrumental in developing and renovating several million square feet in Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana, New York and Connecticut.
Joe received his BBA in Management from Pace University and is a Certified Shopping Center Manager and a Certified Real Estate Executive with the International Council of Shopping Centers.
