Jason brings over 15 years of experience to his leadership role with the firm. He is responsible for the firm’s general growth while also leading a team that manages numerous exclusive relationships across the region.
Jason has acquired and retained the business of numerous retailers and shopping center owners throughout the region. More specifically he has developed and managed the strategic expansion for several retailers throughout Connecticut, Rhode Island and parts of New York and Massachusetts and continues to manage the development of these retailers with new stores, relocations within existing markets and renewals.
Currently, Jason leads a team responsible for the growth and expansion of retailers and restaurants such as: Panera Bread, Pet Valu, Skechers, DXL, Massage Envy, AT&T Mobility and EDGE Fitness. His team is also responsible for over 5 million square feet of shopping centers on behalf of their landlord clients. Some highlighted relationships in this capacity include: DDR, The HB Nitkin Group, RPAI, Gatto Development, Cornerstone Properties, Kimco and Kite Realty.
