OCTOBER 8, 2023 – Dominick Musilli and Tyler Lyman of TRUE Commercial are happy to announce the signing of sixteen deals totaling approximately 56,000 sq. ft. The tenants include Chick-fil-A, Physicians One, Stretch Lab, Jersey Mikes, Pokemoto, MyEyeDr, Consumer Cellular, Mercato, Sport Clips, Royal Nail Salon, European Wax, Fountain Square Liquors, Crumbl, Gogi Korean BBQ, Panera Bread, Metro Mattress and The Goddard School.

“We have been very successful in securing great tenants for this exciting project. Fountain Square will be the place to shop once all of the retailers are open and operating. At this point, we have more prospective tenants than space, which is not an everyday occurrence in retail leasing”, said Dominick Musilli.

OCTOBER 6, 2023 – Dominick Musilli and Tyler Lyman inked an 11,500 square foot deal with Old Navy at Guilford Commons in Guilford. Dominick represented the tenant and Tyler represented Site Centers. The addition of Old Navy adds to the already impressive line-up at the shopping center.

“Old Navy didn’t have enough of a presence on the Connecticut coastline east of New Haven. Securing a deal at this regional shopping center was needed to fill a hole in the market”, said Dominick Musilli.

“We were able to relocate Mattress Firm to another location in the center and consolidate some spaces to make this deal happen. We’re happy it came together and it solidifies Guilford Commons as one of the premier centers on the coast,” added Tyler Lyman.

The marks the seventh deal Musilli has completed with Old Navy in Connecticut in five years.
SEPTEMBER 27, 2023 – Tyler Lyman and Wes Craft leased the former Bob’s Clothing Store to Apex Go Karting, located at 498 Bushy Hill Road in Simsbury, CT. The space measured 37,526 square feet and is the first location for this business.
“We anticipate Apex Go Karting to have an exceptional turnout as it will be the Hartford area’s largest indoor karting track which will feature new industry-leading state of the art gas powered CRG karts equipped with GPS Tracking”, said Tyler Lyman.
Apex Go Karting is set to open in early October 2023.

SEPTEMBER 25, 2023 – Dominick Musilli represented Leslie’s Pool Supplies in the execution of a lease at Yonkers Plaza in Yonkers, New York. The space measured 3,083 square feet and is located in a highly visible endcap in the shopping center.

“We carefully analyzed the market to determine the best location to locate Leslie’s second store in Westchester County, New York. We were cognizant of the proximity of their White Plains store and ultimately determined Yonkers Plaza was the best fit for the brand,” said Dominick Musilli.

SEPTEMBER 23, 2023 – Dominick Musilli announced the signing of a new Banfield Pet Hospital at Plainville Plaza in Plainville, Connecticut. The space measured 5,351 square foot formerly occupied by Rox & Ali.
“Banfield explored the market for this relocation and ultimately decided to move across the street from their existing facility. The attractive array of co-tenants, especially Big Y Supermarket, was a very important factor in their decision making process,” said Dominick Musilli.
The hospital is schedule to open in November of this year.

SEPTEMBER 12, 2023 – Tyler Lyman and Wes Craft recently represented the landlord in the sale of the former Ocean State Job lot to a local successful baseball and softball facility, CT Grind. The property is located at 401 Boston Post Road, Orange, CT and consists of 29,750 SF on 3.06 acres.

Ocean State Job Lot has moved to the former Best Buy location; 53 Boston Post Road Orange where Tyler Lyman and Wes Craft were the listing agents and sole brokers of this sale: 46,451 SF building on a 6.08 acre site.
