APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced that Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. has signed a long term lease to occupy just over 10,000 square feet at Southbury Plaza in Southbury, CT.  The new Lease is the second major deal (Old Navy) the firm has announced for the Kmart redevelopment.

APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate announces that Panera Bread has agreed to terms to relocate cafes in Shelton and North Haven, CT. The new Shelton cafe will be located at Fountain Square on Bridgeport Avenue, a brand new world class retail development, while the new unit in North Haven will be adjacent Chic-fil-A in front of Cinemark theater complex on Universal Drive. Both of the new bakery-cafes will feature drive-thru windows.

APRIL 18 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced that Fat Face, an England based apparel company, has signed a deal to occupy 105 Elm Street in New Canaan! Jason Wuchiski and Tyler Lyman represented Fat Face, while the landlord, was represented by Ted Grogan, also of TRUE Commercial.

“Fat Face has enjoyed great success in the States thus far and this will be their first Fairfield County location, everyone is excited to get up and running here”, said Wuchiski, who also noted that the company will consider opening locations in other markets similar to New Canaan.

APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced that ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. has signed a new lease to occupy 9,717 SF in Woodbury Centre shopping plaza in Harriman, New York!

APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced that Bob’s Discount Furniture has signed a new lease and will occupy the 30,023 SF free standing building located at 59 Connecticut Avenue in Norwalk, CT.

APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate announces ULTA Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. continues expanding within CT with a new 10,500 SF location in Enfield Commons, CT which is set to open in Spring, 2020.  ULTA is also re-positioning it’s North Haven location to Hamden, CT within The Marketplace at Hamden, as well as relocating to Woodbury Centre, Central Valley, NY.

APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced it has completed 13 new deals with longtime client, AT&T and its authorized dealers.  The new deals are part of a program to fill in distribution gaps within the marketplace.  Of the newly committed locations, nine are in Connecticut (W. Hartford, Brookfield, Newtown, Rocky Hill, Bloomfield, New Haven, Stafford Springs, New Canaan, East Haven) and four more in New York (New City, Havestraw, Chester, Airmont).

Old Navy will occupy 13,600 square feet of the former K-Mart box.  The store is projected to open its doors in 2020, alongside major retailers such as TJ Maxx, Stop and Shop Supermarket, Panera Bread and several others. FEBRUARY 28, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced that EDGE Fitness Clubs has signed a new lease and will occupy the former Toys R Us space at Corbin’s Corner in West Hartford. Jason Wuchiski and Tyler Lyman were the only brokers involved in the transaction between EDGE and the shopping centers owner, Regency Centers.

“West Hartford is a market EDGE has been interested in for quite some time, so when the Toys box became available it was immediately targeted. Corbin’s is such a well-positioned center, both sides are very happy with the deal”, said Jason Wuchiski.

TRUE Commercial exclusively represents EDGE Fitness Clubs in Connecticut and Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess and Ulster Counties in New York. The club continues to expand in existing markets as well as new markets.

FEBRUARY 28, 2019 – Dominick Musilli and Joe Baranowski of TRUE Commercial Real Estate assisted Carvana, the online-only used car dealer that allows customers to shop, finance, and trade in cars through their website, in opening its first customer pick up location in Connecticut. They were the sole brokers in the transaction for building located at 176 Post Road West in Westport, Connecticut.

“We worked closely with Carvana for several months to help them find an optimal location for their exploding business. This Westport location was a no-brainer for Carvana because of its proximity to their customers in the Fairfield County and Westchester County markets”, said Dominick Musilli

TRUE Commercial will continue to work with Carvana over the next several months to secure a location for their iconic vending machine in other parts of Connecticut. As of December of 2018, Carvana operated 15 vending machines in the US.
