Nate Greenberg

Nate is a Vice President at TRUE, concentrating on retail leasing and tenant representation. He brings over 10 years of commercial real estate expertise — and a uniquely global perspective — to the TRUE team.

Prior to joining TRUE, Nate spent over four years in London with McArthurGlen Group, Europe’s largest owner, operator, and developer of designer outlet shopping centers, operating 26 centers across 10 countries. There, he managed key accounts for iconic brands including Nike, Adidas, Puma, VF Group (Vans, Timberland, The North Face, Kipling, and Napapijri), and Abercrombie — advising on retail strategy and helping execute store rollouts across Europe.

Back in Connecticut, Nate’s primary focus is the formulation and implementation of growth and expansion strategies for national retailers throughout Connecticut, New England, and the greater New York region. A sample of retailers he exclusively represents includes O’Reilly Auto Parts throughout New England, McDonald’s across Rhode Island, and Panda Express in Westchester and Rockland Counties. He also works closely with landlords and shopping center owners throughout the region, with relationships ranging from prominent national REITs to local owners such as the Gault Family Companies.

A Westport, CT native, Nate brings lifelong ties to Fairfield County and a genuine commitment to the communities where he works and lives. He holds a BA in Economics and Philosophy from Union College (NY).
