OCTOBER 8, 2023 – Dominick Musilli and Tyler Lyman of TRUE Commercial are happy to announce the signing of sixteen deals totaling approximately 56,000 sq. ft. The tenants include Chick-fil-A, Physicians One, Stretch Lab, Jersey Mikes, Pokemoto, MyEyeDr, Consumer Cellular, Mercato, Sport Clips, Royal Nail Salon, European Wax, Fountain Square Liquors, Crumbl, Gogi Korean BBQ, Panera Bread, Metro Mattress and The Goddard School.
“We have been very successful in securing great tenants for this exciting project. Fountain Square will be the place to shop once all of the retailers are open and operating. At this point, we have more prospective tenants than space, which is not an everyday occurrence in retail leasing”, said Dominick Musilli.
