SEPTEMBER 25, 2023 – Dominick Musilli represented Leslie’s Pool Supplies in the execution of a lease at Yonkers Plaza in Yonkers, New York. The space measured 3,083 square feet and is located in a highly visible endcap in the shopping center.

“We carefully analyzed the market to determine the best location to locate Leslie’s second store in Westchester County, New York. We were cognizant of the proximity of their White Plains store and ultimately determined Yonkers Plaza was the best fit for the brand,” said Dominick Musilli.
