OCTOBER 30, 2023 – Target Corporation signed a lease at Shoreline Plaza, a 170,000 square foot shopping center at 900 Boston Post Road in Guilford, Connecticut. The 78,050 square foot store in project to open in mid-2025.

“Tyler Lyman and I worked closely with ownership to secure Target in this location. We believe the addition of Target to the market and Shoreline Plaza is a major victory for the Town of Guilford and the area retailers. We are eagerly anticipating their grand opening,” said Dominick Musilli.

The cooperating broker was Jeff Howard of Ripco.
