OCTOBER 6, 2023 – Dominick Musilli and Tyler Lyman inked an 11,500 square foot deal with Old Navy at Guilford Commons in Guilford. Dominick represented the tenant and Tyler represented Site Centers. The addition of Old Navy adds to the already impressive line-up at the shopping center.

“Old Navy didn’t have enough of a presence on the Connecticut coastline east of New Haven. Securing a deal at this regional shopping center was needed to fill a hole in the market”, said Dominick Musilli.

“We were able to relocate Mattress Firm to another location in the center and consolidate some spaces to make this deal happen. We’re happy it came together and it solidifies Guilford Commons as one of the premier centers on the coast,” added Tyler Lyman.
