APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate announces that Panera Bread has agreed to terms to relocate cafes in Shelton and North Haven, CT. The new Shelton cafe will be located at Fountain Square on Bridgeport Avenue, a brand new world class retail development, while the new unit in North Haven will be adjacent Chic-fil-A in front of Cinemark theater complex on Universal Drive. Both of the new bakery-cafes will feature drive-thru windows.

Wuchiski and Tyler Lyman represent Panera Bread in their corporately owned markets in CT. Both new cafes will be open Q2-Q3 2020.

“We still have numerous markets where relocations are needed and the goal is the same, upgrade the location while adding a drive-thru window”, added Lyman.
