APRIL 18, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced that Old Navy has signed a new lease in Southbury Plaza, a prime 300,000 square foot shopping center located in Southbury, Connecticut. Old Navy will occupy 13,600 square feet of the former K-Mart box. The store is projected to open its doors in 2020, alongside major retailers such as TJ Maxx, Stop and Shop Supermarket, Panera Bread and several others. Dominick Musilli represented Old Navy in this transaction while Jason Wuchiski and Tyler Lyman represented the Landlord, The Gatto Development Corporation.
“Old Navy identified Southbury as a void in the Connecticut market and selected Southbury Plaza. The strength of the shopping center made the decision easy”, said Dominick Musilli, managing partner and founder of TRUE Commercial Real Estate.
TRUE Commercial exclusively represents Gap, Inc. in Connecticut. Brands under the Gap umbrella include Gap, Old Navy, Athleta, Intermix and Banana Republic.
