FEBRUARY 28, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate has announced that EDGE Fitness Clubs has signed a new lease and will occupy the former Toys R Us space at Corbin’s Corner in West Hartford. Jason Wuchiski and Tyler Lyman were the only brokers involved in the transaction between EDGE and the shopping centers owner, Regency Centers.

“West Hartford is a market EDGE has been interested in for quite some time, so when the Toys box became available it was immediately targeted. Corbin’s is such a well-positioned center, both sides are very happy with the deal”, said Jason Wuchiski.

TRUE Commercial exclusively represents EDGE Fitness Clubs in Connecticut and Westchester, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess and Ulster Counties in New York. The club continues to expand in existing markets as well as new markets.
