JANUARY 29, 2019 – TRUE Commercial Real Estate announced six property sales for 2018. Dominick Musilli was the lead broker on all six transactions which included the following properties:
- CVS Pharmacy – Bay Shore, NY
- Oxford Shopping Center – Oxford, CT
- CVS Pharmacy – Farmington, CT
- Assisted Living – Watertown, CT
- Former HSBC Bank – Norwalk, CT
- Former HSBC Bank – Fairfield, CT
“The number of Investment Sales transactions increased dramatically at TRUE in 2018. We made a concerted effort to focus on this part of the business early on in the year’, said Dominick Musilli. “With the addition of Ted and Greg, we anticipate even more transaction to close in 2019.”
The aggregate value of the transactions totaled more than $22 million. Other team members who worked on the transactions included Richard Schnider and Jeff Kaplan.
